Update Individual Position Assignments

 

  1. Click Positions.
  2. Locate the desired Individual in the list.
  3. Click the number in the Positions column next to the desired Individual.
  4. Add Position Assignments.
    1. Click Add.
    2. Check checkboxes by the desired Positions, as many as desired.
    3. Click Submit.
  5. Delete Position Assignments.
    1. Click the Delete option by the Position to be deleted.
    2. Click Submit.

 

Keep in mind that a person in one area can qualify for multiple positions from general to specific. For example, a child in a club should be assigned to:

  1. the general club Position,
  2. the Position that identifies the specific year in the club, and
  3. the specific handbook group Position the child is assigned to.

When you delete Position Assignments the activity history still remains for reporting and analysis.
